Grilled Peach Salad is one of my favorite summer side dish recipes. The peaches are grilled until smoky and extra sweet and served with green salad mix, blueberries, walnuts, and a honey-lemon vinaigrette. Add some shaved parmesan cheese or diced avocado, and you’ve just made the best-grilled salad ever.
You can make this grilled peach salad without a grill I used grill skillet, but you’ll want to make sure that your grill or skillet is well oiled before putting on the peaches.

Instructions
- To make the vinaigrette, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl; set aside.
- Preheat your grill or grill skillet over high heat.
- Cut the peaches in half and remove the seeds. Then cut each half into three wedges. Place the wedges in a medium-sized bowl and toss with the olive oil—Grill the peaches for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove them from the grill using an offset spatula.
- Place the green mix in a large bowl with the blueberries, walnut, and grilled peaches. Toss with the dressing and sprinkle with shaved parmesan cheese and serve immediately. Enjoy!
