Persian Salad
This Persian salad is super refreshing and originally called Salad Shirazi, which is a Persian cucumber and tomato salad. It's easy and straightforward to make, and it goes pretty well with almost any dish, especially grilled meat or chicken. I like fresh cilantro in my Persian salad or mix of cilantro and mint. You may also use fresh parsley, dill, or mint instead.
