Pear Goat Cheese Salad
Today, I'm gonna share this amazing pear salad with goat cheese and crunchy walnut. Sweet, juicy pear slices are mixed with crunchy walnuts. Whit some thinly sliced red onions help balance the sweetness of the pear. The whole salad is lightly tossed with balsamic vinaigrette dressing! Finally, creamy goat cheese is sprinkled on top. Also, I have to mention that I like this salad as a side with my steak, but you can your choice of protein or just have for light lunch.
