  • Preheat skillet over medium heat.
  • Generously butter one side of a slice of bread. Place butter side down on hot skillet and add one slice cheddar and one slice of provolone cheese.
  • Butter a second slice of bread on one side and place butter side up on top of the sandwich.
  • Grill until lightly browned about 2-3 minutes and flip over, continue grilling until cheese is melted.
  • Repeat with the remaining 2 slices of bread, butter, and a slice of cheese. Enjoy!
