Buttermilk Pancakes
Buttermilk pancakes are one of our little family’s favorite breakfast. The texture of these pancakes is fantastic. They are light and fluffy and perfect, like the pancake, a waitress with a heart of gold serves you in some charming diner in heaven. Its really easy and you can make it 5 minutes. And if you don’t have buttermilk! Don’t worry. All you need to do is mix one cup of milk with one tsp lemon juice or vinegar. Set aside for about 5 minutes, and that’s how easy it is to make your own buttermilk.

Ingredients

Instructions

In a medium bowl whisk together all your dry ingredients and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together egg and sugar and vanilla. Until it’s light and fluffy.

Add your buttermilk and vegetable oil and stir until just combined.

Add dry ingredients to your mixing bowl and whisk it about a minute or 30 sec with a hand mixer.

Heat griddle or skillet on medium heat. Once you’re cooking surface is hot, lightly grease, and drop on 1/3 cups full of. and cook until bubbles begin to form on the surface of your pancakes. Flip and cook until done.

Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
